Gather your good vibes: THEA9 Smooth & Sweet matcha, hot water (around 80 °C, not boiling!), your ceramic matcha bowl, bamboo whisk, and stainless steel spoon.

Scoop about one level spoonful of smooth & sweet matcha into the bowl. This powder is milder and naturally sweet, so start with one scoop and adjust if you want a little extra sweetness.

Pour in just enough hot water to cover the powder (think of it as a tiny warm hug for your matcha). Let it sit for a few seconds to bloom, releasing those gentle, sweet notes.

Whisk in a lively zig-zag motion until the matcha is silky and frothy, no lumps, just smooth greens. Because this matcha is less intense, you’ll get a velvety texture without any bitterness.

Top up with more hot water for a classic light bowl, or pour in your favorite milk for a creamy twist. When you’re done, rinse your bowl and whisk by hand, let them air-dry, and get ready for the next sweet sip.
