SUGGESTED USE

Start with 1 g to 3 g of umami & bold matcha use 1 g for a delicate, lightly sweet cup, or go up to 3 g if you love a more vibrant green flavour.
Sift the powder directly into your bowl.
Pour in 80 ml of hot water (around 80 °C warm and gentle, not a rolling boil). Start with just a small splash to cover the powder and let it bloom for a few seconds, releasing those soft, sweet notes. Then add the rest of the water.
Whisk in a lively zig-zag motion until the matcha is silky and frothy: no lumps, just smooth greens.
Feel free to adjust your matcha dose within the 1–3 g range until you find your perfect sweet spot.
When you're done, rinse your bowl and whisk by hand, let them air-dry, and get ready for the next sweet sip.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy a moment of calm energy smooth and sweet never felt so good!
